One global partner President Clinton discussed with me, Pakistan.

President BILL CLINTON: Someone asked me the other day, `Do you think Pakistan is our partner in the war on terror, or someone there knew bin Laden was there and helped him stay anonymous?’ And my answer was yes to both questions. CLINTON: One of the problems that Pakistan has and–is sorting out its own identity because there’s so much internal conflict there between those who want to be reconciled to the rest of the world, beginning with India, and those who essentially buy the narrative of al-Qaeda. That’s why I think the administration has been absolutely right.

I noticed the secretary of state, with whom I normally agree–makes my life a lot easier, but I also happen to believe it–said the other day that Pakistan was still a key partner in our efforts to contain terrorism.

I agree with that. We have no choice but to try to work with them and help the internal battle that is going on there to come out the right way. BARTIROMO: Do you think we’ve cut off the head of terrorism, or do you expect retaliatory attacks?

What do you think al-Qaeda’s response will be at this point? Pres. CLINTON: In recent years al-Qaeda’s operated more like a franchise operation than a top-down operation and has morphed, just as communications has morphed. I mean, the fundamental challenge you have with terror is that the–in the world we live in, all the borders look more like nets than walls.

Numerous kids are motivated to ride motorcycles because it is usually a way of life for many families. Children will find riding a motorcycle can be as fun, if not, more fun than riding a bicycle. Riding a motorcycle and riding a bicycle can both be dangerous so you need to ensure the children’s safety. Kids ought to be wearing headgear that fit properly and have the right clothes and padding. The right time a boy or girl should learn how to operate a motorcycle depends on how soon they can learn to ride a bicycle. Problems can arise if the child is learning on a motorcycle that is a bit beyond their age. Figuring out how to operate a motorcycle at a young age can instruct children to respect the road and become excellent drivers when they become adults.

You have to be expecting some distressing experiences when your child first learns to ride a motorcycle. When you properly educate and watch over the learning process, your child should experience very minor accidents. You will need to be sure that your child is adequately equipped, is following all the safety guidelines and riding a motorcycle that is just the right size. It is outlawed for young children to be operating a motorcycle on public streets so they will need to learn on dirt trails or motorcycle pathways. You need to make sure the bike you obtain can be used in tough terrain and you get your child a full face cover helmet. Your child will probably encounter accidents where they will get slammed in the mouth or chin.

Your kids should not ride on a motorcycle with a person who is not licensed. Young children will have to ride on the rear of the motorcycle though on occasion they may need to ride in the front. They should always have a helmet on even if it is for a short ride. Also, your child should never ride a motorcycle with another child. This possibly can be deadly if the kids are careless on the road. Also, with the extra weight, a child may not be able to maneuver properly and get into a deadly accident.

While a child riding a motorcycle may sound dangerous, it is actually a lot of fun. Whenever their parents have the proper safety measures and teach them properly, it should be a safe experience. Details about street football.
